John O'Rourke just sent me a 1.5 inch gun belt to go with his holsters he has made me for the Glock 17 and 26, seen in the links below.

It's top quality leather which he buys from the oldest tannery in the US. He uses only American hides in all his products. Handmade by John himself, if you are looking for a quality belt at a good price with a warranty thats hard to beat, give John a call and tell him Brownie sent ya.

I've got leather belts from some of the top holster makers in the US like Mitch Rosen and Johns belts and holsters are at least as durable as the others products. His prices are "right" as well.

I've got a western rig being made right now thats going to have a G17 straight drop holster that puts the butt of the gun neither high ride nor low slung but right at my normal belt height. I'll wear that at the gun shop in a few months when he gets that out to me as well.

Very nice Brownie, as a fan of leather it's nice to see that not everyone has bought into the Nylon and plastic hoo ha.
Yeah Nylon requires little maintenance, but leather is a class act that will just get better with age.

I carry a S&W 60 in my front pocket, and I just picked up this holster and it's outstanding:

I carry my 1911PD in a Galco Silhouette and I love it, too.

Brownie,

He's Steve McElroy, and he has an ad on S&W and a whole bunch of other forums. I'm just blown away with mine. Here's his email addy:

$30 bucks is ridiculous for this holster...the quality and fit is unreal. Here's his ad on S&W:

Great guy and exceptional holster for the $$. Tell him Garry sent you!

ETA from Steve: I have gun molds for a Colt Detective Special and Kahr PM9 incoming and should be able to start offering pocket holsters for those in a week or so.
