Are there any DVD or videos for purchase that demonstrate the proper QK technique?

Also are there any South Florida instructors?

I get to S Fla. on ocassion but there are no QK instructors there locally.

No dvd or vids on the skill out yet, maybe in the future

Thanks for the welcome. Next time you or anyone you know who can teach this method will be in S. Florida I would be interested in some private or group instruction.
