Just wanted to kick in my 2 cents on Brownie and 7677 and the Philly class.

Had a great experience - walked away with alot of really neat stuff, both Brownie and Mr. 7677 are some clever/devious bastards and they did a great job transferring their skills/methods over to us. 7677 only had to slap me twice.

Being a "frustrated bullseye shooter" and coming from the mentality of gently squeeze, light to medium pressure, eyes on sights - to the FAS "hard compressive grip" and looking at where you want the bullets to go ( not at the sights ) really hit home. What could be better that grabbing the gun as hard as you can, look at your target ( where you want to hit ) and pull the trigger as fast as you can - sounds way to simple to work, but it does -

Glad you made it over here,

It was a pleasure to meet and train with you in Pa, and whenever you folks would like to set up another date late summer/early fall, we'll be happy to come back in to your area.

Stay sharp and whack em hard

It is definitely a individule thing! I'm right there with you on this account.

Many of my training partners are better than me at pure marksmanship, take them into dynamic combat type shooting and it is a whole other ball game.

I believe that certain personalities excel in combat shooting over their wildest expectations as bullseyes shooters. That is how it is for me.

It's a fight.....and this style of shooting fits into me fighting style.

Glad you had a good time and welcome to the forum.

I agree, and I'd have to give the award of the most imporved student in the class on my half of the line. Once you got the material down it seemed to fit you like a duck to water. I look forward to having the opportunity to train with you again.

FYI, Sightless in Philly members, I downloaded the class picture and I'll be sending it out some time this week.
